Balsamic vinegar rediscovery

Many years later the Este family re-discovered the Balsamic vinegar which became a constant presence on the noblest tables of the small dukedom.

In the Eighteenth-Nineteenth centuries sets of barrels entered the dowry lists of the wealthiest families in Este family dominion. Balsamic vinegar has therefore always been a very private and exclusive product used by the noble families, because its value and uniqueness, as a precious gift.
